Ubisoft May Have Leaked Two More Big Games Coming to Nintendo Switch 2
Ubisoft has already shown great support for the launch of Nintendo Switch 2 with announcements of some of its recent games coming to the new console. Now, it looks like the company may have accidentally leaked the arrival of two more big games for the platform, though the details are still unclear.
Potential New Arrivals: Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Rainbow Six Siege
Through its social media accounts, it seems Ubisoft Brazil has hinted at the arrival of Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Rainbow Six Siege on Nintendo Switch 2. However, these two games have not yet been officially confirmed by the French publisher for the Nintendo console.
As we have seen, so far, Ubisoft’s support for Nintendo Switch 2 includes the upcoming release of Star Wars Outlaws, and Assassin’s Creed Shadows is also likely to come, thanks to a rating for that version. But there are still no official updates about these titles.
A message posted by Ubisoft Brazil on X (formerly Twitter) asks, “Which Ubisoft game would you like to play on Nintendo Switch 2?” The post includes illustrations of Star Wars Outlaws, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, as well as Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Rainbow Six Siege.
This could just be a promotional message with no connection to real plans to bring these games to Nintendo’s console. However, since a couple of these games are already confirmed or likely to be released on Switch 2, it seems that the choice of games was not random.
Can Nintendo Switch 2 Handle These Games?
With the official confirmation of Star Wars Outlaws and, even more so, if Assassin’s Creed Shadows is confirmed, it’s clear that Nintendo Switch 2 should be capable of handling the other two titles as well. These games are technically less demanding, which makes the idea of them arriving on the platform quite plausible.
